What's the difference between colocation and a dedicated server?
With colocation you own the hardware and we provide the space, power, cooling, bandwidth, and physical security. With a dedicated server, we own and maintain the hardware and lease it to you. Colocation gives you full control over your equipment while skipping the cost of building your own facility.
How do I get my hardware into the facility?
You can ship your equipment to our receiving dock or hand-deliver it during a scheduled install window. Our remote-hands team unboxes, inspects, racks, and cables it for you — or you're welcome to rack it yourself with an escorted facility visit.
What's included in remote hands?
Basic remote hands — reboots, visual checks, cable reseats, and media swaps — are included 24/7. More involved work like hardware installs, complex cabling, or troubleshooting is billed in 15-minute increments and always confirmed with you first.
Can I bring my own IP space and announce via BGP?
Yes. You can announce your own IP space and ASN over BGP on Quarter, Half, and Full Cabinet plans, or use IP space we assign. We support full BGP sessions for multi-homing and transit control — contact us to arrange routing.
What happens if I exceed my power or bandwidth?
We'll alert you before you hit a hard limit. Power is metered transparently and additional circuits can be added; bandwidth overages are billed at a clear per-TB rate or you can upgrade to a higher commit. No hidden penalties or surprise invoices.
Is the facility audited for compliance?
Yes. The facility is audited to SOC 2 Type II with PCI-DSS and HIPAA-ready controls, biometric access, full CCTV, and visitor logging. Compliance documentation and audit letters are available on request for your own assessments.
