Code3Hosting was founded by active and retired first responders — police officers, firefighters, and paramedics — who believe the same accountability, discipline, and mission-focus we carried on the job belongs in tech. We know what it means to have someone counting on you. When infrastructure fails, people lose revenue, players, and trust. We answer like the job demands.
Our mission
We started Code3Hosting because we were tired of hosting providers treating downtime like a ticket instead of an emergency. Every plan we sell — VPS, dedicated, or game server — is backed by the same instinct that drives a 911 response: show up fast, assess the situation, and fix it. We named the company after "Code 3," the radio call for an emergency response with lights and sirens. That's the speed we operate at when something goes wrong on your server.

Our team's backgrounds span three frontline disciplines, each bringing a different strength to how we run the company:
- Fire & rescue — structured incident response, calm execution under pressure, and a relentless focus on prevention before things go wrong
- Law enforcement — security-first thinking, attention to detail, and a sense of duty to protect what's been entrusted to us

A portion of every hosting dollar funds first responder charities, mental health programs, and equipment for underfunded departments across the US. Growing this company isn't just about building good infrastructure — it's about giving back to the community we came from.
How we operate
We run lean, automated infrastructure so support tickets get a human, not a queue. NVMe storage, anti-DDoS protection, and redundant power are standard on every plan because cutting corners on infrastructure isn't something we're willing to do — on the job or off it. We treat your server the same way we'd want ours treated: like someone's depending on it.
