Code3Hosting was founded by active and retired police officers, firefighters, and paramedics who brought frontline values into tech. We're a small, fast-moving team, and we're always interested in meeting people who share the way we think about responsibility and showing up when it counts.
No open positions right now
We don't have specific roles posted at the moment, but we're growing and that changes. If you think you'd be a strong fit for where we're headed — whether that's network engineering, systems administration, customer support, or something else entirely — we'd still like to hear from you. Send a note about what you do and why Code3Hosting interests you, and we'll keep it on file for when the right role opens up.
What we look for
- Ownership — when something breaks, you fix it, you don't wait for someone else to notice
- Calm under pressure — outages and incidents happen; we want people who get sharper, not rattled, when they do
- Directness — clear communication, especially when something's wrong, beats comfortable silence every time
- Respect for the mission — a portion of what we build goes back to first responder communities; that matters to us, and we want it to matter to you too
What you can expect from us
A flat structure with real autonomy, direct access to the founders, and a team that treats your time and your judgment with respect. We're not a call center and we don't run like one — everyone here is trusted to make decisions and own outcomes.
